Welcome!

Spraelandhof is an accommodation that was built in 2012 in Oostrum, in the Northern region of Limburg, Netherlands. The house is equipped for groups up to 20 people and contains 8 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. With an authentic look on the outside, but a contemporary interior and technique, the house is fully equipped and offers much luxury for a relaxed stay with family or friends.

When the house is not rented out fully to groups, you can book one of our rooms separately as Bed & Breakfast. We’d love to welcome you!

Discover the rustic area with forests

Spraelandhof is located in Oostrum, near Venray, and is close to the beautiful forest of the estate Landgoed Geijsteren. In this unique area, you can walk around quietly and visit monuments like the Rosmolen and the Willibrordus Chapel. Or you can wander around the sand drifts of the Boshuizerbergen area with large population of juniper berries. Also by bike, this environment has much to offer with beautiful routes along the Maas river, through the countryside or through the National Park Maasduinen.

Lovely place and house! Very clean and proper. Fully equipped. Very nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We have enjoyed our time very much! Contact with Iris was super! Very friendly and quick with responding to questions. Especially the men liked the covered terrace.

This accommodation is perfect for organizing a wedding! What an incredible day did we have. A whole weekend long. Perfect bedrooms with bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable. Beautiful kitchen to cook and big garden where the kids can play freely. I recommend this to anyone when discovering Northern Limburg.

Lovely weekend with hospitable owner. Spend a weekend with friends at Spraelandhof. Very hospitable, nicely decorated, luxurious with all necessary facilities. Surroundings are beautiful for walks through the forest or sporty activities. Recommended!
