Spraelandhof is equipped for groups up to 20 people and has 8 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The large garden with various playground equipments and quiet location make it the ideal location for your weekend or week with family or friends. The ground floor is fully accessible for wheelchairs and has an adapted bed- and bathroom.

Downstairs you enter a spacious hall, where the shared toilets are. The whole ground floor is wheelchair accessible with extra wide doors and without barriers. The large living room is equipped with 3 dining tables with 20 chairs, a sitting area with 4 couches, a tv and a fireplace. Wood for the fireplace is available.
The kitchen is equipped with a very extensive equipment as a dishwasher, kitchen island with 7-burner gas stove, 2 ovens, fridge with freezer, enough workspace with 2 sinks, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and a filter coffee maker. We supply enough tea towels, dishcloths, coffee filters, dishwasher tablets, detergent, brush, kitchen paper and garbage bags.
In the room next to the kitchen stands an extra fridge, washing machine, dryer, iron board and a microwave. The separate tv-room on the ground floor has 2 couches, a cupboard with toys and board games, and an extra tv with a Wii game computer and Chromecast.
The bedroom on the ground floor is accessible for wheelchairs. It is equipped with 2 single boxspring beds that are electrically adjustable on two ends. The bathroom has a toilet with grab rails, adjusted sink, shower, shower stool and bathtub.
Outside there is a large covered terrace (in winter you can close it fully) with a fire place and a separate gas barbecue. In the garden you find a large sandpit, swing, trampoline, play house and a soccer field. There is a bike shed where there are enough power points to recharge electrical bikes and there is plenty of toys for kids to play with in the garden.
On the first floor there are 7 bedrooms. Three rooms have 2 single beds and four rooms have 3 single beds. The size of the beds is 90 x 210 cm and are equipped with a mattress cover, duvet and pillow with cover. You can either bring your own bedlinen and/or towels or rent this with us. Each room has a small desk, chair, TV and space to store clothes. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Both stairs are protected with a stair gate.
On request we have 2 baby beds available (with mattresses), a changing pad, baby bath and a play pen.
The house has a lot of space for parking on the front- and backside of the house. There is a large covered terrace with a fireplace, many seating, blankets and a table tennis table. There is always enough wood to use in the fire place. In the large and spacious garden you find a trampoline, swing, sand pit, play house and a field of grass with soccer goals. In the garden house there is a separate gas barbecue, as well as toys for the kids and power points to recharge an electrical bike. Due to fences all around it is possible to fully close the garden so it is safe for kids to play.
We have a (public) charging station for electrical cars.
Use of bedlinen is obligatory. You may use your own linen or rent it with us. All beds are single beds.
