Spraelandhof has 8 BB rooms with ensuite bathroom. The double and triple rooms are located on the first floor and fully equipped. Come enjoy our beautiful location and surroundings and start the day with a delicious breakfast. On the ground floor, there is one room that is wheelchair accessible and has an adapted bathroom. In the weekends and holiday periods, our accommodation is often booked out by groups, so therefore our availability for B&B rooms can sometimes be limited. Spraelandhof has 8 rooms available for B&B guests. The rooms are suited for be occupied by 1, 2 or 3 guests and are located on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a double room that is accessible for wheelchairs and has an adapted bathroom. The ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible.
The rooms are equipped with single boxspring beds, size 90 x 210 cm. There is a tv, desk, chair and clothing storage. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and mirror. In every room, you have a small kettle to make some coffee or tea. The beds are made and in the bathroom you find towels, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and a tooth brush. The room on the ground floor also has a small safe.
During your stay, the common areas on the ground floor can be used: the living room with fire place, kitchen and small tv-room with a cupboard full of toys and board games. In the kitchen you can take coffee or tea and there is a fridge with some cold drinks (for a small fee).
You can enjoy the lovely covered terrace and the many seatings in the garden. For kids there are many possibilities to play like a trampoline, bird's nest swing and a soccer field.
The entire building is smoke free. Pets are not allowed.
The time for breakfast is flexible and can be determined upon checkin. Breakfast is served in the living room with some bread, cheese, sliced meats, fruit, vegetables, sweets (you have to try our artisan jams). There is also enough coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, yoghurt and cereals. If you have any allergies or diets, please let us know so we can make adjustments for you.
The B&B is located on the edge of Oostrum, near to the highway A73, trainstation (Venray) and the city centre of Venray (about 3 km). Spraelandhof is a beautiful, cosy and relaxed place for one or multiple nights stay. We have plenty of parking space for cars, vans or small trucks. There is also a bike shed that can be locked with the opportunity to charge electric bikes.
For a small hike, you can easily walk to the beautiful forests of Landgoed Geijsteren and visit the Rosmolen or Boshuizerbergen. Or you can take your bike and enjoy the wonderful cycling routes along the Maas river or through the countryside. We can of course assist you in renting a bike in one of the local stores.
There are many excursions possible in the surroundings, like Toverland, the War Museum in Overloon, National Park Maasduinen and Irrland. Also larger cities like Nijmegen, Venlo and Eindhoven are within half an hour drive by car. Plenty to see and to do!
